I've been trying to find records from Novy Hrozenkov for the last two weeks and now realize I have been looking in the wrong district! Your translation of the birth record of Anna Zapalach, daughter of Josef Zapalac and Anna Gaberova almost matches the family tree I was given by my grandmother. My family tree has PAUL Zapalac married to Anna Gabera with a daughter named Anna who came to America in 1880. I'm still trying to figure out if this is my GGGgrandmother and GGGgrandfather and will enjoy every minute of research! The point is that your post of a random(?) Moravian locality for the time period I was trying to find pointed me in the correct direction.
